MKTRHUB is happening at Amazon HQ2 in Arlington, VA (National Landing area). Here's how to make your trip smooth:
Closest Airports
DCA (Reagan National Airport) – Just 2 miles away, super convenient by Metro or rideshare.
IAD (Dulles Airport) – About 30 miles out. Great for international flights.
BWI (Baltimore Airport) – 37 miles away and worth checking for flight deals.
Metro Access
Closest Station: Pentagon City – 8-10 minute walk to the venue and hotel
Crystal City Station – Also nearby (10-12 minute walk)
Both stations are on the Blue & Yellow lines and connect directly to DCA, downtown DC, and more.

MKTRHUB is open to anyone that feels this space is for them. While the conference is hosted by Black Women Marketers, the conference is not exclusive to Black women. However, the agenda, speakers and intentionality of the conference is designed with Black women as a core focus.

Our speaking and hosting opportunities are available through our application process. You can apply here. The application closes on February 14, 2025 at 12pm EST. No exceptions will be made.

Yes, you can enjoy a discounted rate exclusive to MKTRHUB attendees by booking with DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City.
The hotel is 5 mins driving and 10 mins walking from the Venue.

Due to the nature of conference planning, we’re not able to offer refunds for tickets purchased. However, you can give a ticket to someone else to gift them the opportunity to attend. Tickets can also be transferred to someone else. Please email us the old attendee name and the new attendee name by April 4, 2025 at events@blackwomenmarketers.com.
No exceptions will be made after April 4, 2025.

Note: The 2-day experience spans multiple sessions and includes a lot of walking between breakout rooms and sessions so comfortable shoes should be prioritized. Any specific events or activities will have dress codes noted and shared well in advance for planning. -
